What should I do if I have an issue with my product after the return period?
Peak Promotion Trading Pvt. Ltd will not accept the return after the return period, with No Exceptions.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes if the product is sealed and unused, within 7 days of purchase, you may exchange it. No cash refunds will be made once the product is sold. However, the exchange of products will not be accepted under the following conditions:
* If a request is initiated after 7 business days of an order being delivered.
* If the product is used or altered.
* If the product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer.
* If the product was bought during SALE, OFFER, or, DISCOUNT.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes. A return can be created at the item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement for any individual item as long as unused and return within 7 days of purchase. The cash shall not be refunded.
Do I have to go to the same store to return or exchange?
Yes, you may visit our store8 location for return and exchange.
I have received a damaged /defective /wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request a replacement or cancellation and refund if you report the problem the same day with a picture.
I ordered the wrong item. Can I return it?
As long as it has a tag and is unused you may return it. If the seal is opened then you will not be able to return.
What should I do in case of a change of mind?
